DECK STAIN INFORMATION

During Spring, each SPV resident
that has a deck should inspect it to see
if it is in need of cleaning /staining
(the Community Manager will also
do this and inform you if the case).

The procedure for attending to your
deck starts with a cleaning /power washing
of the wood, then applying a coat of the
approved stain (See Info Above).

OR, you can contract his work.
Two approved contractors are

Bill DiCicco 412 264 7407.
Both are familiar with the community.
