F. David Sylvester & Associates Inc. Was incorporated

in August of 1990.

Its principal, F. David (Dave) Sylvester

has over 30 years of experience in the property management field, devoting most of the past 25 years specifically

to community association management.

With regards to education and background,

Dave has a B.S.B.A. Degree

in Marketing from Robert Morris University.

He has also earned the

AMS (Association Management Specialist) and the

CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations)

designations, and the prestigious

PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager)

designation, the ultimate achievement in the

community association management profession.

He is also a CPM (Certified Property Manager).

The staff at Sylvester & Associates Inc. includes a

degreed accountant, a senior community manager and

two community managers, two assistant community

managers, a property/leasing manager, along

with additional accounting and clerical support personnel.

Also, our firm possesses the

(Accredited Association Management Company)

AAMC designation from the Community

Associations Institute (CAI).
